Licenses

By default, project-tzf’s code is licensed under the MIT license. And tzf-dist’s data is licensed under the ODbL license, same as upstream evansiroky/timezone-boundary-builder.

However, tzf/tzf-rs/tzfpy also carry an “Anti CSDN License” rider that prevents use of the code on the CSDN platform but has no effect on other use cases.
